I haven’t been posting enough and that’s my bad. It’s that lovely time of year when everything gets insane and out of control, but it’s worth it for the big payoff: Christmas and winter break. No school for a month, fun times with family and friends, it’s the season of giving, ladies and gentlemen!

Anywho, I guess I’ll go with my classic knowledge bits for today.

- Why do I only get tired when the sun is up?

- When you’re under the influence of alcohol, it’s ok to yell and scream at people walking by. Just don’t tell them your name…

- Inexperienced cartwheeler + cartwheel attempt = falling on the pavement

- Has anyone else ever had that moment when someone says hi to you and you can’t think of anything to say so you just make like a noise under your breath? Didn’t think so.

- It’s Merry Christmas, not Happy Holidays.

I have to admit, I watch a whole lot of tv comedies… no I am not ashamed to say this as many of you might think. Forgive me for wanting to laugh a little. Sometimes when I watch a certain show, I find myself waiting for a specific character to show their face to guarantee a laugh or two. In light of this recent realization, here’s my list of the top six funniest characters on tv right now. (Yeah i know six is a weird number. Deal with it)

6. Alan Harper “Two and a Half Men”

- Behind the rich, womanizing, alpha-man that is Charlie Harper is his loser brother Alan. With every attempt to be cool or be suave with women we see how hilariously pathetic Alan really is. Alan’s spineless, awkward and slightly sarcastic persona makes for some of the show’s best moments. To put it simply, Alan is funny because of his amass of huge failures.

5. Michael Scott “The Office”

- Michael’s immature, childish, ignorant nature makes almost everything he says complete and utter ludicrous. He instinctively makes the wrong decision in almost every situation and seeing him work his way out of it is what makes the show funny.

4. Dr. Perry Cox “Scrubs”

- Possibly the most sarcastic character ever contrived, Dr. Cox’s rants often last over 2 minutes. The reason why Cox delivers so many laughs is because he reaches the point of his rant and then ridiculously over exceeds it.

3. Leon Black “Curb Your Enthusiasm”

- The only way I can describe the hilarity of Leon is in the way he talks. It also doesn’t hurt that “Curb” is on HBO, because his profane way of explaining things makes for a guaranteed laugh-fest.

2. JD “Scrubs”

- Not only did JD single handedly bring back the “funny nerd” persona, but his daydreams show us an aspect of a character that we almost never get to see on any other show. This has led to countless hilarious moments and makes him one of the funniest characters on TV right now.

1. Barney Stinson “How I Met Your Mother”

- To put it simply, Barney is awesome. And he makes me crack up almost every time he is on screen.

I HATE GUIDOS! Here’s why:

5. Their hair

- Spiked up 5 inches above their head? I mean honestly, it’s unnecessary. Just put a damn hat on or something.

4. The way they talk

- Those unbearable North Jersey/New York accents are enought to make any normal person want to jump into a pool of boiling acid.

3. The way they walk

- Wherever they go, guidos have this way of walking that makes it seem like everyone else is a jackass, when really it is them that is the jackass.

2. Their clothes

- The wardrobe choice of a guido usually goes no further than a wife beater and a really irritating pair of jeans. Oh and the occasional “Italia” jacket.

Not really. I’m just hanging out in my room… bored…

I like that word. Its a nice word.

So anyways I’ve been trying to keep up with this blog but my tendency to get bored with things very quickly has gotten in teh way I’m afraid. Then again I am blogging right now so I guess it hasn’t completely done a 180 yet.

Today as I was walking to the express mart with 2 of my friends I realized something. There are certain situations to which everyone reacts the same way, regardless of who they are.

- When you walk down a street with a group of friends, there’s always gonna be a obnoxious person driving by who yells “FUCK YOU!” or something. When this happens, every single person yells back. Why? Who knows.

- Whenever there is any kind of awkward situation or annoying person walking by that you don’t feel like dealing with, you do the only thing you can think of. Take out your phone and pretend to text.

- When you’re sitting at dinner with a bunch of friends, at one point or another every person will talk about their food. Newsflash: no one else at the table cares.

- When you’re watching a movie with someone who has already seen said movie, at points throughout the movie the person will randomly go “This part’s good!” or “Look look look… this is a good part”. No matter who they are. This is also, I might add, possibly the most irritating thing EVER.

Hi. Here’s some thoughts.

- I have always hated people who root for a baseball team only when they are doing well, but today I realized that I am one of them (Football is quite different)

- The term “bromance” is thrown around too much these days

- Being in a class with one black person and a slightly racist sociology professor is very very awkward

- Those black tacos are actually good

- Almost every night, I nearly fall off my 5 foot high bunk bed

- Do you know who tried to steal the wonderflonium? Do you know who Captain Hammer is? Does Bad Horse accept Dr. Horrible’s application for the Evil League of Evil? If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then go watch Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog right this instant.

Halloween is over and so is October and I couldn’t be happier. November is probably my all time favorite month. Football starts getting serious, tv shows start getting good (http://themeanstreets.tumblr.com/), hot chocolate goes into daily rotation (not to mention dunkin donuts’ pumpkin flavored coffees and such), and numerous other great things that I won’t delve into.

I don’t care what you think about me. No one likes you.

Sorry about the lack of posts… I’ve been a bit busy. Midterms and all. Anywho, I just wanted to let everybody know that I am currently writing a paper all about hybrid cars and their benefit to the environment. Anyone got any ideas?
